1st Job of 2026 with Aaron Conway

Kicking off 2026 with a couple days on location and one day in studio. Can’t wait to see the client selects so I can get started on the back end of this job.

I find it best to be flexible with the kit fixings. This shoot required all the normal things with the ability to break away from the cart for a couple shots. Keeping the transmission to client monitors wireless allowed me to jump off the cart onto a tripod. Having an extra 15’ of USB-C to USB-C keeps the shoot moving rather then waiting for the cart to maneuver in tight spaces. Having a battery on the cart instead of relying on house power makes moving easy when the space allows for it. Don’t forget to throw an iPad in the bag; it might be easier to break that out in a pinch rather then grabbing the larger monitor and running power to it.

Stay flexible and be nimble. You’re there to support the shoot—not slow it down.
